ECHO was founded by operational flight programs to take advantage of joint training opportunities in a less formal environment at no/low cost to our members and was created and designed as a way to utilize the wealth of knowledge and experience brought forth by individual flight programs and their crews.

You’ll hear from national leaders, leading aviation experts, and local leaders on cutting-edge practices, strengthening your program, developing new skills, and so much more!

SIMULATION CHALLENGE
Are you ready to Get Real? Sign up now for the ECHO GET REAL challenge. Teams of two will participate in a clinical scenario-based interaction where they will respond to a challenging situation. The challenge will assess the team's clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, teamwork communication, and situational awareness. A panel of judges will evaluate their performance in a closed environment and provide valuable feedback.
