Education, Panels, and Roundtables

  • Flagship sponsorship opportunity of all critical care-related workshops and conference sessions.

  • The 90-minute panel includes medical directors, flight crew members, and aviators to discuss a range of topics submitted by attendees.

  • A favorite among attendees - this includes all workshops and conference sessions related to building strong leadership skills as well as managing public safety aviation programs.

  • The much-anticipated Leadership Roundtable is returning for 2025! This moderated interactive roundtable discussion will include renowned leaders from within the industry to foster conversation on critical topics across public safety aviation.

    This roundtable will be moderated by ECHO teams. If you are interested in participating as a moderator, please let us know.

  • Two-day course taught by Clay Lacey & Jack H Schonely

    Attendees will receive extensive training experience tailored for public safety personnel, including patrol officers, tactical flight officers, field supervisors, K-9 handlers, SWAT team members, and aircrew.

  • Calling all LE/SAR flight program members - this track is geared towards TFOs, pilots, and hoist operators - this education track will include multiple workshops and several conference sessions across three days.

  • This education track will span across three full days - including workshops and conference breakout sessions.

  • This 90-minute panel is a crowd favorite and is moderated by the Hangar Z Podcast. Taking questions and topics from attendees, panelists (pilots, AMTs, TFOs, HEMS Safety Officers, and more) will deep dive to discuss one common theme: Everyone Goes Home.

  • The much-anticipated Safety Roundtable is returning for 2025! The moderated and interactive roundtable will bring together all segments of public safety aviation to share experiences and learn from one another.

    This roundtable will be moderated by the ECHO Safety Team. If you are interested in participating as a moderator, please let us know.

  • The much-anticipated Leadership Roundtable is returning for 2025! The moderated and interactive roundtable discussion will bring to light and discuss issues that everyone faces, but often alone. Learning from each other, this roundtable will foster collaboration and information sharing.

    This roundtable will be moderated by ECHO FAST. If you are interested in participating as a moderator, please let us know.

Future Flight Crew

  • Preparing the next generation of flight clinicians has been a staple of ECHO since its inception. Future Flight Crew, for the fifth year, will hold a luncheon with industry leaders - from CEOs to Program Directors, and Hiring Managers. This opportunity provides essential networking opportunities.

  • A flagship experience for the 2025 Future Flight Crew cohort is the Mock Interviews - allowing students to practice their interview skills with program leaders. Sponsors will have the ability to place up to two participants of their choosing as interview panelists. (Two sponsorships available)
